When you spread the cost and responsibility of blessing your pastor with friends, many more options become available. You can take some of the ideas from the previous page and expand on them. Or you can check out this list and share them with your small group...

• A special vacation on the anniversary of your pastor’s employment or their anniversary with their spouse
  
• A gift card that exceeds the usual $25 or $50...shock your pastor with radical generosity!
  
• A monthly gym membership where your group covers each month
  
• Something extra special for your pastor's spouse or children
  
• A continuing education or mission trip to a place they normally couldn't afford
  
• A week at SonScape Retreats or similar pastor renewal ministry
  

With these larger gifts, make sure it is something your pastor and their family would actually enjoy. Don't automatically assume your interests are their interests.
